Why Keeping Your Aadhar Updated Matters

Incorrect details in your Aadhar can cause problems in availing subsidies, government benefits, or banking services. UIDAI has also clarified that if someone has more than one Aadhar number, only the first issued Aadhar will be considered valid; the rest will be cancelled.
